Pat Collins has designed the lighting for many productions at regional theater companies around the country, among which are Berkeley Rep, Arena Stage, Baltimore Center Stage, McCarter Theatre, Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Manhattan Theatre Company, Lincoln Center Company, The Old Globe, Alley Theatre (Houston), Goodman Theatre, Hartford Stage Company, Fords Theatre and others. On Broadway, she designed such shows as Orphans, Good People, How The Grinch Stole Christmas, Sight Unseen, Doubt, Proof, The Heidi Chronicals, The Sisters Rosensweig, I’m Not Rappaport, A Threepenny Opera, Ain’t Misbehavin’ and others. In the field of opera, Ms. Collins has designed for such companies as The Metropolitan Opera, The San Francisco Opera, Santa Fe Opera, The Royal Opera House, (Covent Garden), The Paris Opera, The Bayerisches Staatsopera (Munich) and others.
