The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI Westside Los Angeles (NAMI WLA) has distinguished itself as a national and regional leader in LA County through its robust programming, community outreach, and focus on prevention and early intervention education in our schools and other youth-focused spaces. Though one-in-five Americans are affected by mental health conditions, seeking professional help is still not commonplace for most. This is why we strive to make our services available and accessible to all.
