The primary objectives and purposes of the LACAAEA (Los Angeles County African American Employees Association) includes but are not limited to assisting our members in their preparation for career advancement; striving to improve our members’ employment status in the County; developing activities, events and programs that celebrate cultural and collective heritage of our history and community; and empowering our members by providing an environment that educates, informs, and inspires.
