BraveMaker exists to educate, entertain, and build community through film that champions justice, diversity, and inclusion. Founded in the San Francisco Bay Area (Redwood City, CA), BraveMaker is a production company currently developing its fourth feature film with Loretta Devine.

Through monthly mixers and meet-ups in Los Angeles and the Bay Area, classes, podcasts streaming live on YouTube, and online learning communities, BraveMaker creates spaces for creatives to connect and grow. Their annual film festival takes place July 8–12 in Redwood City, bringing filmmakers and audiences together for a powerful celebration of storytelling.
