Nine Interesting People We Met at the “These Paper Bullets!” Girls Night Out 09.28.2015 Every band from the Beatles to the Quartos knows a party’s not a party until the girls show up — but last Thursday night’s performance of These Paper Bullets!, Rolin Jones and Billie Joe Armstrong’s mod riff on Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, was Girls Night Out at the Geffen. The booze was flowing, the buffet was a feast, the antics were madcap and the skirts were mini both on and offstage. Extra fun was the addition of Time Machine, a slow motion photo booth with tons of props. Feel like making it rain? Rockin’ out? Tossing a flurry of confetti? We did all that and more — check out one of the videos above and take a look at the rest of the gallery here (password: GNOTPB). And no Girls Night Out would be complete without swag. Reka Lena’s silk neck scarfs are perfect for protecting your hair as you cruise down PCH in your convertible, barkTHINS fair trade dark chocolate and almond slivers taste too decadent to be true and a Pixi beauty gift pampers you. Maybe the best part is that Girls Night Out is free for ticket holders to that evening’s show! We did our share of mixing and mingling — meet nine interesting girls (and guys!) below.
