Maya is thrilled to be making her Geffen Playhouse debut. Other theater credits include: Hamlet (Ophelia at ZJU), Snow Falling on Cedars (Hatsue at Theatre Works), Crimes of the Heart (Babe at East West Players), and A Winter's Tale (Autolycus at Theatre 80 St. Marks). She trained with the Experimental Theatre Wing at NYU Tisch School of the Arts and the International Theatre Workshop in Amsterdam. She feels deep gratitude for all the support and love from family and friends.
