Hatosy transitioned from his Critics Choice Award-nominated role on John Wells’ Southland into the Catherine Hardwicke-directed CBS drama Reckless. Amongst his two dozen plus films are the likes of Alpha Dog which reunited him with his John Q director Nick Cassavettes, Michael Mann’s Public Enemies, the remake of Bad Lieutenant, Robert Rodriguez’s The Faculty, Wayne Wang’s Anywhere But Here, In & Out with Kevin Kline, George Hickenlooper’s Factory Girl, The Cooler which once again paired him with his Outside Providence co-star Alec Baldwin, and Simpatico with Jeff Bridges. Hatosy also starred as John McCain in A & E’s Faith of My Fathers, as well as in Frank Pierson’s Golden Globe-nominated Showtime drama Soldier’s Girl, and the Emmy-nominated Witness Protection for HBO. On the stage, Hatosy landed the coveted role opposite Al Pacino in Lyle Kessler’s Orphans at the Greenway Court Theatre in Los Angeles, and received accolades for his stage debut as the title role in the La Jolla Playhouse production of The Collected Works of Billy the Kid. Off-Broadway, he starred opposite Anna Paquin in the Paul Weitz comedy Roulette.
